Not that I really want to pat Blood of Kittens on the back, but it looks like almost all the rumors I put down a few months ago about Dark Eldar were true.

One important thing to note is Phil Kelly dedicates a portion of the book to telling people who this army is for skilled players and beginners.

After reading it cover to cover I am convinced more than ever that GW wants us to play with lots of terrain not these open fields we see everywhere. this army will be deadly but will play very well if there is the proper amount of terrain.
