Infact no maount of practice will alter the fact you are a distinct disadvantage from the off, all players being equal Grey Knights win.

Fortunately not all players are equal and dice do play a part.

Conversely I ‘can’ beat GK but I feel like I have to play 200% better than the other guy and make no mistakes, as long as my dice don’t go judas on me.

Comparisons with what I get in my respective books leave me genuinely angry. I’m starting to take silly lists to any tourneys I attend as I feel the game is not currently somehting you can do competitively unless you play the bandwagon game.

It is quite fun running a supremely dumb list. I go in not expecting to win, my opponent is likely wondering what the hell is going on I get to have a laugh with units I would never play with prior to the GK flood/abortion, and I can feel geniune accomplishment if/when I win.

I challange everyone to take completely off the wall lists to tourneys and see what you can do with them, I suppose the other option is to get every non GK player to tailor their lists to slay GK and make the tourney environment completely non viable to bring GK, shoe is on the other foot now MF’s ;o)
