Hey guys, Jay here again.  So I saw this set of questions over on Warpstone Pile, my friend Rich's Blog and it looked like fun, so I thought I'd share.   This of course spawned a horrible formatting nightmare as when you cut and past things in blogger now it takes the format, colors, and fonts from the previous page and applies them the pasted location.  However the actual editor in blogger doesn't show your the draft in the same font and background colors as it will end up with (until you hit preview) and allows for only a specific set of background colors (which does not include the background color of my blog).  Thankfully I know HTML so I just went in and fixed the problem in the code.

Enough of my problems, on to the questions:

1. Spent at least £500 on figures / tanks - and you get extra kudos for every £500 you've spent

Lets see, so by current trade rate 500 pounds is about $795.  This definitely applies to me and I don't want to know how many kudos I have at the moment.  I can say that I have several armies right now that would qualify me for this by themselves, and at least 2 that give me an additional Kudos or two on their own.

2. Pricked your finger or thumb on a pike block

Pricked my finger? I have scars.

3. Tried at least 10 different rule sets and vowed never to play half of them ever again

Yeah, definitely fits me.  Recent vows of never playing again include Malifaux, Mercs, and all 3 Spartan Games games.

4. Bought an army off EBay

Yeah, I've done this with Warmachine/Hordes armies a few times

5. Sold an army on EBay

Yup, most recently Flesh Tearers and Grey Knights for 40k.

6. Spent months painting an army - then used it in anger once

Never done this, though one time I did buy and assemble a 35pt Trollbloods army and play it unpainted for 1 weekend and then immediately sell it.

7. Tried several different periods and genres

Yup, definitely.

8. Dropped a box of figures on the floor from a great height

Done this. Most recently I dropped my Khador army transport down a flight of Concrete steps in from of my apartment. Thankfully nothing not repairable broke.

9. Lost a battle on the last throw of the dice

Yup, this is what we call a good game.

10. Made at least one enemy for life

Yeah, I can say I've done that from gaming.

11. Had a proper, stand up argument over a wargamers table

Use as the cause of above.

12. Thrown a dice across a room

Yup.  Now the real test would be if you have ever set a die on fire while the others watched as a lesson for the rest?  I have done that too.

13. Rebased an army for a different rule set

Yup.  Some of my Hell Dorado Lost models have been rebased several times.

14. Inflicted a whopping defeat on an opponent

Yup.  (I try to avoid this unless I am playing Chris T ;) )

15. Suffered an embarrassing defeat due to a stupid tactical decision

Yup (more times then I care to admit).

16. Joined a wargamers club

I have definitely be a part of several of these over the years.

17. Bought a ton of lead that remains unpainted

And Plastic.  A Wargamer dies when he runs out of models to paint.

18. Been to a wargamers show

Games Day, Gencon, Adepticon, etc... Check.

19. Have more dice than is logical or necessary to own - and have used most of them

Always need more dice.  The eventually the luck in a set of dice runs out (if they had luck at all in the first place).

20. Have taken boxes of troops down to a club just to show them off to your mates

Check.
