Yes unfortunately gw has been firing the DMCA cannon with bs5.
Hitting with all three shot, and wounding.
Bell of lost souls, apocalypse40k and faeit212 all had wounds allocated to them.

Bell of lost souls had cover saves, and survived.

Apocalypse 40k had a 6+ invulnerable, and saved.

Faeit212 didn't have an armour save, invulnerable or cover, and tool the DMCA shot right to the face.

Are we surprised? No, not really, faeit pushed a lot of early images and leaks from a company already insecure about its ip.
When one big company (gw) contacts another big company (google) eye contact is made and the issue resolved, this is the problem with running a rumor blog, when it's hosted by a huge company because you don't want to pay. But do want to make revenue.
