Happy Canada Day folks! For those who don't know it's the 149th of Canada, my adopted country. And what better way to celebrate than with an American Beer review (sorry guys). Today we look at Founders All Day IPA. Quite a hard beer to find in Ontario but not impossible either. My can came from Boston, so let's get going!

Details

Name: All Day IPA
Style: Session IPA
Brewery: Founders (Website)
Country: Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA.
Price: $3 USA Can.
ABV: 4.7%

Commercial Fluff:
"The beer you’ve been waiting for. Keeps your taste satisfied while keeping your senses sharp. An all-day IPA naturally brewed with a complex array of malts, grains and hops. Balanced for optimal aromatic and a clean finish. The perfect reward for an honest day’s work and the ultimate companion to celebrate life’s simple pleasures."
Own Opinion

Sight: Pours a classic clear golden colour with a gentle white head.
Aroma: Tropical hops aroma. Similar to peach with a good strong hit of grapefruit.
Taste: Smooth and fruity with a malty sweetness that leads to bitter, dry finish. Very easy to drink.
Would I buy it again? Yes. Which is handy as it came in a 12 pack. Overall a very solid example of a session beer ie. I can drink lots of it without getting overwhelmed by flavours or strength. I got excited recently when I saw Craft Market (a local bar) had it on the menu. Sadly for me and many others the delivery never arrived and we was left wanting. With plans of a future trip into the states I hope to restock and find more of theirs to try.

Well until next time. Drink plenty and stay safe and happy cheers!
