These are, of course, the Deathwatch: Overkill miniatures. I haven't yet invested in a box of the multi-part models, but I'm definitely going to. My draft army list includes 40 Neophytes with various options; these 16 will go a long way to solving my hybrid problem!
I decided that I would include both the mining lasers and grenade launchers, so these figures are painted up along with the autogun-toting cultists.

Every figure in DW:OK has fantastic detail; the individual facial expressions are great.
Having finished the Neophytes, I went straight on to one of the Acolytes. These also superb models, and I'm looking forward to finding the time to paint up more of these guys as well...
I used a light wash of Nihilakh Oxide into the veins on the side of the head, which produces a nice alien effect.
