Mangler Squigs: Da Mad Cap Nuttaz!

So last night I decided to "treat" my self and paint something differnt from the Black Orcs and completely painted 2 "mangler" squigs in one sitting. I was up silly late as usual but slowly becoming nocturnal is not too bad with Winter War quickly approaching. Started them at 8pm (Great British Bake off) and finished at 2am lol! Took a break to do some house work at 12 midnight (basically earning brownie points so I don't get grief for painting 24/7 lol). This has become my routine recently and if I stick to it I should meet and beat the deadline. Im actually considering re-jiging my paint order and see how I get on with the process. If I get finished 2 weeks early then I might push myself and play my chariot spam character lite list. This really means I paint 8 less black Orcs on foot but have to paint 6 wolf chariots and 3 boar chariots on TOP of what I already need to do! And since my chariots have Black orc crew I actually need to paint 4 more black orcs lol!

So if I do make that target then paint list/Order is:

(The following Needed in both lists)
8 River Trolls
2 Doom Divers
1 Rock Lobba
8 Boar Boyz
1 Big Boss on Boar
1 Black Orc BSB
1 Black Orc with Banner
Gorbad Ironclaw Back banner + touch ups

Then paint either one of the below two options:

7 Black Orcs

OR

12 Black Orc Charioteers
6 Wolf Chariots
3 Boar Chariots

Finally Movement Trays


Writing it out like that has kind of made it seem really daunting so will see how I get on! The other reason for the change is I'm out of Nuln Oil so cant paint any Blorcs at the moment lol! Luckily (and happily) im meeting Dorian this Saturday in town for a cheeky release day man chat and brunch to discuss Dark Elves!
