This weekend I built my second pack of Grey Hunters. I'm amazed at how much I learned about posing, which arms to use, etc from building my first Grey Hunters pack. However, I did use a lot of the spare Thunderwolf Cavalry arms, heads and torsos which I'd ordered spare bits of in order to get all the different poses. So I may have to order more bits sooner than expected.

I've also gotten better at drilling out the Bolter barrels too.

Many of the poses are a lot more dynamic that the first pack. And I'm sure many of you will have spotted Krom Dragongaze's head on one of the Grey Hunters? Nothing is sacred when I'm trying to make my Space Wolves looks as individualistic as possible!

Like before, I've made extensive use of Marauder Horseman Heads, Flagellant Heads, to Thunderwolf Cavalry Torsos, Heads, Arms and Chainswords, as well as some of the new Space Marine Legs and Assault Marine Running Legs like before.

I'm looking forward to building my third pack of Grey Hunters to see how they turn out. As I'm getting more practice and being able to use more advanced conversion techniques, each pack is turning out very different. But can you believe it's almost taking me 1 whole day to build 10 models?

Once again, many thanks to Joel from Anvil Industry for the awesome city rubble bases!

I'n really looking forward to getting my hands on the 7th edition Space Wolves Codex this coming weekend. Then I should know whether it's worth building spare Wolf Standard and Mark of the Wulfen models for the Grey Hunter packs or not...
