I've started painting up my Thousand Sons and Custodes from the Burning of Prospero box using Alclad paints in a gloss paint scheme. They are painted with a gloss black undercoat and then copper and gold Alclad metallic lacquers. I finish then with a light Alclad red lacquer that allows through the metal finish.
