This is from Anvil Industries and is a really amazing tool to customize and design your own army for just about any game. (The Genesys Project especially!). In this you have tons of options to not only create your own squads, but you can do an entire army through this, and get a preview of what the guys will look like. This includes armor, greatcoats, helmets, weapons, and much more. Really it's an awesome tool.
