Hello to everybody!
Following the previous post I will just apologize once more for the slowness of my posts lately. Hobby time has been less lately although I am trying to find some ... and one of the things I want to finish in the near future has to do with the 25th Anniversary of our beloved game... yes its a 40K year this one and I'm going to enjoy every second of it.
So the idea behind this one came from a friend of mine that is responsible for a small rumor mill disturbance in the Warp lately. ( http://natfka.blogspot.com/2012/02/6th-edition-25th-anniversary-book.html ) You see, this friend of mine is an employee in a local games shop that hosts most of our Tournaments and events here in Greece. Being an ages old veteran like myself (insert bragging jokes here :P ) he had an idea to create a homage to the History of Warhammer 40K on the store, mainly displaying all the rulebooks and some Rogue Trader minis, as well as some newer ones...
He asked me to contribute to this display ... and this is what my archaeological dig on my closet brought to the surface!

One of my favourite models of all times. The original Space Orks Battlewagon. I still use it as a truck in my Space Orks army... definitely needs some paint-loving though
These are some of the first Orks ever produced by GW. Got some metal ones in the front and some plastic ones in the back. I definitely got some more but I'm not sure where they are right now...
Do you have any anniversary modelling plans? I am also thinking of painting my original Ghazghull Thraka as a display model... will see!
As always some music that keeps me inspired!
Take care!!
