2000pt 6th edition tourney list

So since im building my Ork army for the 11th company tourney in November Ive decided to throw out the list im planning on bringing. Now as it stands army builder wont let you make a double FOC so this list will have a bit of flexibility in the future. However If the TO's decide 1999 to be the points list then I think this could still werk :)
