As for this guy, I was kind of horrified by the way the transfer came out after I matte coated it. I'm planning to go back and do some ridiculous freehand around there. So he's not 100% done in my book, but he looks pretty dashing right now. The base came out really nice, as well. I used one of the 40mm bases from the GW basing kit, snapped in half and covered in green stuff and fine gravel.
