High Elf Tournament List Dilemma – Help Needed

Now then folks,

I have a small dilemma- Do I take two repeater bolt throwers for my 2400 tourney list OR a lion chariot and some extra swordsmasters/sea guard with the 60 points change?

For extra help, the list is a dual archmage list with life/shadow, 44 sea guard with flame banner, 20 pheonix guard with banner of sorcery, 14 swordsmasters, 10 silver helms, bsb with danner of the world dragon-ish.

So then,what to take?
