Empire Steamtank – Something Completely Different

I had a little break from painting Ogres this week and painted Jamie's Steamtank for him. It was a lovely kit to build and paint and was something completely different to my beloved fatties. It isn't my best work and after painting it there is alot I would do differently but I think it came out OK. Personally I would have chosen different colours for the enamel coated steel (the shields and black plate) but this is to fit with Jamie's Nuln themed artillery. Let me know what you think of it as it is a lot different to what I normally do. I think with the sheer surface area of metal I should have thinned the paint right down and done loads of thin layers.
