Ogre Maneater Paymaster

So I started my maneater unit this last week and have finished the first new model for the unit, the Paymaster. I really like this model, it is a great sculpt and really was a joy to paint. I think the flesh has come out very well but could do with better highlights if I am honest. I have however managed to get the flesh to apply very smoothly using that technique I posted up last week (http://paint-hammer.blogspot.co.uk/2012/12/how-to-paint-ogre-flesh.html).

I thought this was a good time to compare my very first painted Ogre, the Pirate maneater and this guy. I think I have really improved over the last 6 months and will aim to continue improving as I work through the rest of my army :)
