The first rule of the Internet is to always backup your stuff.

The second rule of the Internet is that the first rule isn’t optional.

The third rule of the Internet is that when your host kills your site without warning, won’t tell you why and refuses to answer any support requests and just leaves you to hang you go with somebody you trust more.

What this means is that all of the old content on the site is gone, including all of the White Dwarf commentary. I’ll just have to start that again at some stage I think, but this time I’ll do it a lot better.

I don’t think that it was Games Workshop behind the site being pulled as I finally got some bollocks explanation that it was for a pitifully low amount of resource usage. Still, now I’m going to do it all again with a database so I can auto generate a bunch of summaries automatically, as well as get some statistics out of it all.

In the meantime Dark Angels get released on Saturday and I’ve been waiting for that for a long time.
