This was a really nice model to build and paint. It has a huge wingspan and will no doubt look very imposing on the tabletop.
My client and I agreed on lots of carapace patterning for this model, as this shot shows:
I was very pleased with how the wings came out in general. In the above shot, you can hopefully see the additional freckling on the wings as well; this adds a little interest to the otherwise limited colour palette.

As ever, during photography I noticed a couple of errors, and I also realised that I had forgotten to add static grass to the base - those bits will be corrected!
