It’s been a while since my last update but I haven’t been idle on the hobby front. My Astral Claws army is progressing at a steady pace and has even been featured on the ‘Tale of Mega Painters’. I have now finished a full Tactical Squad and their Rhino transport.
The bases or still unfinished as I still haven’t decided how to paint them. I’ve just painted them black for now to neaten them up.
I’ve also finished painting a five-man Devastator Squad armed with lascannons to add to the armies anti-tank capabilities. I chose to use the Chapter’s original lion’s head heraldry on these models (as opposed to the Tyrant’s Claw) in order to add a bit of variety to the force.
