So guys here we are again… one of our hosts Bear is still again waiting for delivery for this “Shop” 3 months on and nothing but broken promises, well Brophers ain’t happy so I decided to drop the staff is little email….

I have some questions relating to your business and support, one of the hosts of VoxNet Radio (One of your supposed sponsors) purchased a copy of Dark Vengeance for you about 3 months ago, he has been assured of multiple delivery dates and promises of a refund. All of this as expected has come to nothing but him like most of your customers I have heard from being out of pocket.
My question to you as a shop and supplier of goods is how you can treat customers like this, I am sure you have seen the amount of complaints pages up around the web including Facebook. The fact you promise goods at a 30% discount seems very unfair when you refuse to actually ship what people have bought from you, now if the items are not in stock for whatever reason it is surely up to you as a business to provide good customer care and keep the buyers posted on the status of their orders or if you have no stock and do not see yourself receiving any for a certain period of time you should then make sure that your site is up to date and not taking new orders that you can not supply,
 
VoxNet Radio spoke to you and agreed to be a sponsor for you early this year, we are now happy to say that we are no longer doing this as we do not want our reputation ruined by stores like yours who treat customers this way, it is unsatisfactory. the basics of an on-line shop is supply and demand, you take payment for goods you have and ship to customers, not to take customers money and keep them waiting for months on end with no contact or answer to their questions.
 
I do not expect to hear back for you (as no one ever seems to) but VoxNet Radio will be pushing to make sure people of the war gaming community are fully aware of the implications of buying from your store.

Well I think I made my point but I want to hear from you, email us and or post us with your complaints and problems with this company and let us see what we can do to help you, as a person who works in a very customer based role I am seriously annoyed at the way this company works and deals with their customers.
