I have been terribly unfair to my Infinity figures for at least 6 months now, and I decided to change that today. I know I have been praising the modest virtues of dry brushing in my last post, but on the other hand, putting it down for a few years has allowed me to push far ahead in terms of my overall technique as a miniature painter. Plus, I have been working with a magnifying lamp, and it has been allowing me to show my miniatures at a much larger resolution than normal. Instead of seeing it closer to the real-life size, I can now start selectively showing my work at a much closer distance, which is exciting.
