I’m thrilled with finding out about the new “Unbound” format of 40k and the many reasons why deserve a longer post, but to the people who are upset by this, here’s my suggestion for how to look at this edition update:
You’re not losing anything. You can still play your FOC games. Possibly with some interesting bonus wrinkles to boot. I’m relatively certain that if you like going to competitive events, nothing will have changed, as I don’t see most events permitting unbound lists.
It will be OK.
