Like a lot of people when I saw the new Wood Elves Treeman model I immediately thought ‘that would make a really cool avatar for Eldar Exodites. So on release day I picked one up and have been painting him over the last week. As he’s made of wood I didn’t want to paint traditional fire on him as it would have looked a bit silly so instead I painted green flames on him to give it a sort of magical element to it. I’m very happy with how he came out, especially his sword.
