Now that's out of the way. Here's the next vector in my Convergence army. The Cipher is a heavy duty jack with two spike pistons for hands and a mortar strapped to it's face. It can use to mortar to either markerlight the enemy, make the ground difficult terrain, or bombard the enemy with shrapnel, and with ROF 2, it can do all that twice. Throw in those two P+S 18 spikes and you have a versatile vector that finds a home in any list.
