The last unit I have to finish for the Independent Characters' Hobby Progress Challenge is this fine fellow, my Maulerfiend. (He was upside-down for a little while for drying, and I noticed how much he looked like a dog waiting for a belly rub, so I've decided he's a Maulerpuppy.)
I hemmed and hawed a bit over what do to about the chaos details: the spiky edging and the big chaos star. In the end I settled on going dark green to contrast the light green armor plates.
Still to be done are the washes for the armor and the flesh, and some detailing, too.
What a nice kit this is. I'll have plenty of leftover parts for. . . something. I don't know what.
Maybe, when the Challenge is done, I'll add an extra demon prince.
