A commission peice for a client who wanted to represent the Warmaster at the height of his career. I imagine that this is a scene taken from the final moments of the Ullanor Crusade with Horus urging the Imperial forces onto the final victory.
This model was painted with a base of Opaque Raw Umber gradually highlighted with Bone White (both paints are from the Com Art Medea range) until I was using pure white. The cloak was a a base of Touluedene red shaded with blue.
