Tarokh is one of the executive staff members of the 8th company of the World Eaters thus accepting only orders from his Captain Kharn or the Primarch Angron himself. As the Butcher’s Nails are singing loudly in his mind he was the perfect choice to lead the infamous Red Butchers to battle.
