Anyhow, due to a 3hr haematology prac exam on Thurs I've been pretty empty-headed and unable to focus much on anything. In addition to this, the overwhelming waves of negativity have killed any joy that is to be had painting Eldar, so those have been packed up for a later time.
I did however open some new brushes and got to work on a centrepiece model for my...Bluuurrrrrd Angels (or Blood Angles as the internet calls them, accompanied by their obtuse predators and acute squads).
I swear painting blood angels is 'counts as' haematology study. Heh.

I apologise for the yellowing of the pictures, I need to make a lightbox or whatever the hell they're called. The blue is literally ultramarines blue and though I rolled a natural 20 on a d20 for plastic 30k (if it happens) I might end up painting some Ultras. Shut yer face, ultramarines blue is a nice colour to work with.
If you are what you eat, this guy must've had a frowning biscuit.

Things I achieved with this guy- painting confidence increased, re-learned how to paint ultramarines, blood angels are cool, how to highlight metal properly and finally, red bolter casings are sweet as.
And that's it for a while I suppose, uni's heading into exam mode so tehre is noh time to beh lohst, BATTEL BROTHAS!!
