What Makes A Good Ruleset?

Hey, folks. SinSynn here. [WARNING: This post contains jokes and pics of an adult nature]  Since we've been discussing rules and rulesets 'round here a lot lately, I figgered I'd continue the trend. :)  Iz a good trend. I like discussing rules and mechanics and game design theory. These are subjects that genuinely fascinate me. Sure, I'm a gamer and I suppose it's natural for me to wanna
