One thing I believe that has monopolized a lot of my hobby time is moving models from on place to another, and I'm not talking about while playing the game!  If you're a large army or horde army person you know exactly what I mean.

Recently I have found a small game accessory company on KickStarter by the name of Angry Mojo Games.  Looking through their products I discovered a cool little movement tray (Squad Trays) for a very reasonable price, about $5 a piece.

The movement tray consist of two pieces of 3mm MDF board, one piece of course with slots cut out to fit you model's base.  The kit is easy to glue together and prep to match whatever style of base your models have.

These four 10 man trays were made for my new Blood Claws on 32mm bases.  I knocked these out with a little bit of glue, and some sand.  Spray painted them black, and dry-brushed them three layers of grey, along with the GW Dry White paint and some of the technical snow.  Last was some of the GW grass-tufts were applied some they matched my current Space Wolves base technique.  Total time was less than two hours.

Although the item I ordered are not yet on the website, the guys at Angry Mojo Games take special orders, the website showcases the 10 man 25mm.  Above I have a close up of a 10 man 32mm which I completed.  Below is a 15 man 32mm special ordered for a large squad of Blood Claws!

This product can work great for game use as well, especially when you are play large horde type armies that have a very large model count.  Can really make those early turns prior to combat very fast, specifically if for those Tyranid and Guard armies.  Of course you don't need to keep your models in them the entire time if at all.  I would personally only leave them on the table for units that don't do much moving.  They do make that squad of 30 cultist easy to move down open area when they are needed to.

The main reason I took the chance and purchased these was for storage and display reasons, and thus far I have really enjoyed implantation.  Makes it so easy to pull models from my shelves in preparation for a battle.  It also make it easier to store and display my models, especially if you take the time to match the basing style of the squad with the movement tray.

The first batch I purchased was all 25mm which I have been using for several months know.  I will be converting all my marines to 32mm bases, so I will be picking up a tin more.  I have already ordered some for my Admech army, so they can all be based together on a Mars based movement tray.

Just grab and go, easy transport from the shelf to the table.  It also assist with tracking all your models and easy clean up after the game ends.  I highly recommend them, and for the low cost and ability to special order any squad or base size, there is no reason not to have them!  Check them out at http://angrymojogames.com/squad-trays
