Hey guys! I have been working on my Mantic Deadzone terrain to get a nice wee gaming table for 40k. The assembly was a much bigger under taking than I had anticipated but I am powering through nicely. I decided to have a try at painting a small ruined building I had made. Was super easy and fast (as the whole project will hopefully be!):
Spray Grey
Dry Brush White
Paint Silver
Wash Silver Black
Pick out Orange Panelling (will maybe try a few other colours on other buildings)
Wash Orange Panelling
Sponge Brown on large area
Sponge Dark brown inside above area
Sponge Black inside above area
Dry Brush Silver in a few areas
Complete!! This process took me next to no time (maybe 5 minutes total) so I should be able to power through the whole set in a day or two (building and painting) later in the month! The only other stage I might add would be some OSL blue lights using an air brush when I take the terrain round to Scott’s in a few months. Anyway let me know what you think guys!
