And here he comes: my beloved Legion Vindicator. It’s the first of two models I purchased and quite honestly, I love this vehicle. A lot. One reason of course it the model itself: somehow the Legion Vindicator looks much more brutal than the GW equivalent. The other reason is the Paint scheme FW came up with in the Horus Heresy books: large areas of black combined with these astrological patterns and the royal Word Bearers decal sheet.

I used both etched brass and the FW decals on the Vindocator model.
