Now that the Barak Varr Bowlers are ready for kickoff I am (of course) already looking for a new Team to paint. I really like the sculpts of the new Orc team from the recently released Blood Bowl box. Yet I am not a huge fan of their facial design. But that’s not a problem at all, both the regular Warhammer range and the 40.000 range offer lots of great choices here. Picking a name wasn’t that hard aswell. I found this cool map of the Badlands and decided that my Orcs should hail from the Dragonback Mountains.
Then again Orcs are probably not a wise choice as they tend to have pretty similar tactics like the Dwarves on the field. So I am not sure if I should continue working on them or if I should go for another team instead. On the other hand included Goblins and/or a Troll would pretty much change their playing style. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
