The Proud Bumping Bellies’ last miniature for the time being is no other than Captain Tozug. Tozug is the smartest of the bunch to the extent of Ogres being smart at all. Yet he is the one keeping the survey of the wild tackling of his other team mates while bellowing short orders. Provided that the other Ogre players are not to stuipd to act as they were told every now and then they are able to perform a drive and finally a touchdown. It’s no rarity to see Tozug grabbing the ball carrying Snotling throwing him to the end zone.
I wanted to create a throwing Quarterback miniature for Tozug. The conversion was the most complex so far as I had to cut the Ogre into various parts and resculpt a lot of him. Contrary to the other Ogres the Captain got no shoulder pads to give him a more dynamic throwing pose.
This picture shows the resculpted parts pretty good.
The Snotling also got a complete new position. Tozug’s hand was entirely sculpted by me.
The backside took some time, too.
The Proud Bumping Bellies’ Captain got the number 01 of course.
His tiny eyes are focused on the spot he wants the ball / Snotling to land.
Thanks to his bare torso Tozug is the perfect Snotling thrower. Just his head is covered by a small helmet.
