Over the last 2 years UKGE has grown at an amazing rate and more than doubled in attendance. This is great news for building an exciting and thriving event but of course we have to get you all into the show as fast as possible.

This year we have developed a new system to allow for speedy collecting of both PRE ORDERED and ON THE DAY Entrance and Event Tickets.

We will have 5 ticket points outside Hall 1, 5 more outside Hall 3a and also a facility at the Event desk in the Hilton Hotel for collecting and buying tickets.

Please be aware if you book in advance, we do NOT post out your tickets. Instead tickets can be collected at the venue from noon on Thursday 1 June onwards.

If you pre order tickets, then you will need to check your customer page in the week prior to the show and print off the pdf there which will contain a QR code. (The QR codes will be added nearer the show so if you access your customer page now you will see your order but the QR code will not be there). Present the pdf at any ticket point when event tickets will be printed from our high speed printers and your entrance tickets will be handed over.

If you do not have the pdf with you, you can give your name and present some form of ID - we accept a bank card, passport or driving licence.

To buy tickets on the day just go to any ticket point.

Ticket points will accept cash, cheques and card.

THURSDAY 1st June 2017
Main Ticketing is open outside Hall 1 NEC from Noon until 8.00 pm. You can also collect your pre ordered tickets. If you are in the area on Thursday we encourage you to avoid the queues and collect your tickets the day before Expo.

FRIDAY 2nd June
Main Ticketing is open outside Hall 1 and Hall 3a NEC from 8.30 am until 5.00 pm. You can also collect your pre ordered tickets.

There will be an event desk inside Hall 1 in stand T5 open from 11.00 am till 6.00 pm. You can find out what is going on and buy additional event tickets (but not entrance tickets) from here.

An event desk will be open at the Hilton Hotel Library Room from 9.00 am until 8.00 pm . You will also be able to collect pre ordered tickets from here.

SATURDAY 3rd June
Main Ticketing is open outside Hall 1 and Hall 3a NEC from 8.30 am until 6.00 pm. You can also collect your pre ordered tickets.

There will be an event desk inside Hall 1 in stand T5 open from 11.00 am till 6.00 pm. You can find out what is going on and buy additional event tickets (but not entrance tickets) from here.

SUNDAY 4th June
