Time to ice this cake, erm, I mean plaster this board...
I managed to grab a bit of time before work to start covering the foam in wall filler. I had half a pot leftover from my Armies on Parade display so this was used to cover the top, and start shaping the landscape some more.
I used the filler to help create the basic shapes of craters, line the river, and create tracks for the Leman Russ, as well as smoothing the back (not necessary but I like a good edging on my boards). It looks a bit rough now, but it is a battle-worn landscape.
Once this sets I should be able to add texture and rocks, before final details and paint.
