Approximate Reading Time: < 1 I have never painted a Commissar, but I have three – I have gone from zero Commissars to three in 17 days. I now have the older Officio Prefectus version, Severina Raine and the new Commissar model. The new Commissar was the best to paint and build, Severina Raine was fun, but some of that was taken away with having to work with Finecast, and finally, the older Officio Prefectus sculpt was great because of the face.
