Taurus is the thief Conan meets in Tower of the Elephant. Like Shevatas, he dies very soon after he's introduced, but he's a tremendously interesting and likeable character for those few pages. I would have preferred him to be the thief in the base box, but I can see why he isn't. While I applaud Monolith for sculpting Taurus with the belly that he has in the story, it's very different from the aesthetic of every other model in the game.
I painted Taurus with a lighter skin tone, which came out glaringly white (when Reaper says fair skin, they mean fair). A very thin wash of Reikland Fleshshade toned it down to a more realistic skin tone without darkening the recesses too much.
Taurus was a pretty simple model to paint. Skin, leather, a pair of shorts and a beard and he was pretty much done. He's another character that I love, and I'm just happy to have an accurate model to represent him.
