This week, I have been working on a number of projects. First up, I started on my work towards my Terrorgheist as part of Monster March (posted earlier today).
While I was waiting on the Terrorgheist to dry, I decided to crack on with painting my Crypt Horrors and Ghouls. I had previously started these by giving them a couple of basecoats of Screamer Pink. I had decided to paint them up in flesh-like colours, using a nice guide that I found online.
After the basecoat, I gave them a wash of Reikland Fleshshade.
This was followed by a drybrush of Cadian Fleshtone.
Followed by a drybrush of Kislev Flesh.
All that is left if to pick out the details of the bone and metal and do the bases.
I also began work assembling the beginnings of my Genestealers Cult army. This consisted of assembling the contents of the Deathwatch Overkill boxed set. I have a ton of models to get built and painted, so will hopefully be getting through these soon.
Finally, I did a little bit of work on my Cityfight Ruins. Following my efforts last time, I decided to do some more work on the rusted effect that I was making. I will need to wait for the weather to improve before I can varnish this and make a start on the salt rust effect that I am using.
