Here are some weathered up Raven Guard Scouts. I used primarly pigments for the weathering since they are not in the thick of it and the armor won't be as chipped.
I used Vallejo Weathering Pigments to match the base and to contrast the black armor. MIG pigment fixer was used to keep the powders from falling off over time. I highly recommed the pigment fixer and will do a review on it soon.
