We had a little conversation in the comments a week or two ago about starting to play Horus Heresy. Then I was reading the March White Dwarf and I noticed a completely inadequate two page spread on the same subject. It struck me that for the interested non-player, 30K is extremely opaque and confusing. So many books and so many factions. Or is it so few? Hard to know where to start.
