Why the Dark Angels are, Once Again, GWs Worst Marine Codex.

For quite a while I have been working on building a good Dark Angels list, or find one somewhere on the net or my gaming group, and have failed completely.  This felt odd to me since it is a new codex and even the previously panned CSM codex has provided some killer lists and combos, but the DA hasn't.  So that got me to wondering why, and I think I have an answer.  More after the break.
