Anyway, I've been working hard on painting when I could but sadly no time to take photos. Today I fixed that, as well as wrapping up a couple of models before Christmas.
For my Farsight army, I'm going to have two Broadsides: this is the first.
I went with "all the missiles" - in my opinion, the best configuration for your Broadsides! I'll be adding two missile drones in due course.
The pose is a little weird... Shame, because the model armed with a railgun is awesome, but because the legs are fixed in place (a bit disappointing for such an expensive model!), there are limited poses.
I tried something out with the power pack on the back, not sure if it really works. Inside of going with a traditional glow effect, I used the new Nihilakh Oxide technical paint. For a basic tabletop effect, it does produce something akin to a glow, but doesn't stand up well to close inspection. As this is to be a gaming army, I figure that it'll work for me.
