To keep track of the LotR or nowadays Hobbit rules I decided to go for a new small force worth a 100 points. Fortunately this box here is exactly 100 points in total. Not a very thrilling choice regarding their equipment (no crossbows f.e.) but good enough for a start. The somehow sad yet convenient thing about LotR stuff is that you can get it pretty cheap second-hand (not talking about the rare items of course). So at this point I feel free to say that I did not start a huge new project with this purchase. Of course time will tell if I am able to resist the other nice things the Uruk-Hai have to offer. Most likely not…
Another good thing about this particular skirmish game is the possibility to get miniatures on the table quite fast. Today I would like to share our house rules for small matches. Maybe there are LotR professionals among our readers who would like to point out additional input.
