I found the missing thing I was feeling off.As you can see I solved my own problem in the conversion, now it has something that protects, and that hides a bit the conversion, which is also very nice.The bit is a demolisher/devastator/spriggan top with the horn trimmed...

Now to dry fit to see how it is going!This is how the head will look while glued to the body of the jack:I think it fits but still I think something is missing there, because it needs something under the head to protect the guy as well as to hide the conversion :)
