I spent a bit of time at the local game store and got some painting done while talking to my fellow nerds. I didn’t like the red scheme I had been using. Basing something with Khorne Red and highlighting with Evil Sunz Scarlet. It was a bit too drastic for me....

Today I took a step forward by painting and took a step back by breaking one of my minis. :( I painted Balthasar Gold onto the piping of ther terminators and got a little bit of Dawnstone grey on the black to highlight it. The unfortunate part of the day...

More steady progress. I touched up all of the yellow (I was a bit careless with the black), painted yellow on the storm shields, and washed all of the silver with Nuln Oil.

More steady progress today! I painted the silver layer on my termies. Making steady progress is always good. Unfortunately I noticed I forgot to paint a whole bunch of shield yellow :( On an unrelated note I got a pretty awesome model in the mail...

I haven’t gotten the paints I need to finish Lysander and probably won’t for a few days so it’s back to the terminators for a while. I completed all of the black on them. Next up is the silver.
