As you've all seen from the last few updates, I've been working on some Eldar Swooping Hawks for my sons Ulthwe army. It's been pretty slow going between work and life in general, not to mention getting sucked into the game Toy Soldiers on PC.
In the process I also had issues with the original set of Finecast models that were supplied by Games Workshop. Now having said that, we're all very fast to kick and scream when something's going wrong, but not very vocal when the problem is fixed. When I contacted Games Workshop via email and listed the issues with the units that I'd been supplied they were very prompt in their response and supplied me with a new set without any argument. So I've got to say that I'm pretty happy with the speed and level of service I received. I've purchased other, way more expensive products over the years that have been sub-standard and got nowhere near the satisfaction in resolving the issues, so on the whole it was a relatively positive experience.
Anywho, time for me to think about getting ready for work for the day, and the next hawk's just going to have to wait till tonight to get finished.
