I've rounded out my army with some pieces of artillery in the form a cannon battery and a mortar:That's my Army of Montrose completed to 500pts and ready to get some games in!

Alternating projects keeps things fresh but also makes things a bit slower, I'm so close to the end of this Montrose army that I'm just going to smash out the last couple of bits now that these Highlanders are finished:Just the artillery sections to complete now whoop!

First of the big box models to be worked on are these tactical marines:I much prefer how the blue/green looks on these than the MK3s i painted earlier, I only did one coat of the contrast on these so will continue like that for the rest.

My second unit of Pyke's are now complete:I painted the undersuits and Capo in different colours to the first squad so they standout on the board and don't need different base rings doing.The second Black Sun Enforcers will be next up!
