Like so many others I picked up the Dark Vengeance boxed set for the rulebook. The Chaos Chosen are so beautiful, though, that they must be painted. Here's a current progress shot on the Hullbrute.

Darnath Lysander is a boss. It's funny how up in arms the internet gets over Draigo. Lysander has been around since 2009 and he's a BOSS.I'm working the grays in, trying to work on some smooth transitions. May glaze a little purple glow around on the hammer. More soon.

So work has begun on the first 500 points of Imperial Fists. As mentioned, this will be a nice slow project, something that is as much hobby as it is gaming. Once the 500 points are done, well, then we see what I paint next as I'm in no rush, I really want to get FW...
