So I am back from the Storm of Silence!
A 50+ two-day ITC Tournament hosted by Gamer’s Haven. If you missed last week’s posts, I decided to take Dark Angels of all things, doing way better than I expected considering the power level of the codex.
Here is the list I took.
Dark Angel Storm of Silence List
I was able to go 3-2 for the event even starting off 3-0. All my opponents, but one I believe ended up with only one loss for the event. In my two losses I was in both games, with one needing it to go beyond turn 5 and the other needing it end before turn 7. I was super surprised and hope in little over two weeks to do even better at the Guardian Cup in Portland.
Well enough about me I bet you want to know what were the top lists.
The overall winner and the only player to go 5-0 was Chuck Arnett with his Orks. That is two major ITC events now with Orks winning the whole thing!
Here is the list.

2nd Overall went to my chauffeur Jeremy Jean-Christian Veysseire the French Overlord with this Skitarii Blood Angels List.
Here is the list.

Finally, here is the complete result sheet from the event.
A few takeaways from the Storm of Silence, Daemonkin look very powerful and I expect to see them a lot more going forward. Eldar didn’t turn out to be that scary, but of course the codex was one week old, so does it really mean anything?
Beyond the lists Storm of Silence was a very well run event with tons of great players and good looking armies. I was able to take a ton of pictures, so here is my gallery for perusing.
Thanks to everyone I met for giving me such a great time and I am sure I will see many of the same faces in a few weeks at the GuardianCup!
Warning
Tits for Tournaments is rated factually opinionated. Expect results, army lists, and some light bitching about boring spam lists to follow.
